Credit Card Charges & Statements

Are you wondering about that charge on your credit card statement that says:

• ASUE <name or code>
• Stova
• Aventri 
• ASU ETOUCHES

Those are charges for an event hosted by a unit of Arizona State University. 

It could be:

• Conference fee
• Class fee
• Registration fee
• Event merchandise purchase

If you have questions regarding a charge or need a receipt, call the phone number on your credit card statement (if one is provided).

Otherwise you may contact:

• The unit/program who hosted the event
  • Search for their website in the header search field.
• Contact info on the event page
• Search for the event in the ASU Events calendar; there is contact info listed
• Find the event confirmation email.
  • You should have received that around the time of the charge.

If all else fails, contact our office by email. Include the transaction date(s), the transaction description, and any code numbers provided.
